Intro/L1: This class is suitable for students with limited Pilates experience and/or need to work at an easier level or slower pace. Students repeating this level and/or ready for more with be given more challenging versions of the exercises as appropriate. The class will cover some basics of Pilates breathing and Core engagement (as needed) and apply this to working on the Reformer with Spring loads. We will work through the classic repertoire of Beginner Pilates exercises, while strengthening and stretching the whole body. Students will leave each class feeling great. Get long, lean, and strong!
L2: This program will focus on classic Pilates exercises and variations from Level 1, 2, and 3 (if appropriate). We may also incorporate small equipment, props, and mat exercises. The class will run at a faster pace to challenge your body and mind as we strengthen and lengthen every muscle. Prerequisites: Pilates Reformer Level 1
